Thoughtful Thursday: No Snitching Rule

The African American Community often shares the theory of keeping community issues within the community that they exist in. An example of this is turmoil within a family or neighborhood. This code of secrecy has extended into the everyday experiences of our communities and manifested into the “No Snitch” rule. My Thoughtful Thursday question of the day is:

How should we as a community deal with conflict and turmoil in our community? How do we move past the “no snitch” rule in every context of word?
