Dr. Rhonda Matthews is a distinguished specialist in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) and a seasoned socio-politics professor with an illustrious career spanning over three decades. Her professional journey encompasses roles in student affairs, administrative leadership, and academia, demonstrating her versatility and expertise. She holds degrees from Alcorn State University, Mississippi State University, and the University of Oklahoma.
