Career & Dreams is the youth mentorship and leadership division of EBWS. We work with youth and families to build confidence, develop leadership skills, and expose young people to real pathways for their future.

Our approach is simple: consistent mentorship, meaningful relationships, and access to opportunity.

What We Do: Career & Dreams delivers youth-centered programming focused on leadership, career readiness, and personal growth. Programming is delivered in partnership with community-based sites and includes off-site visits, workshops, and experiential learning opportunities.

• Family-centered support and transportation access

Who We Serve: Youth across Erie County, with a focus on young people who face barriers related to access, transportation, and opportunity. Our programs are designed to remove obstacles and create spaces where youth can show up, engage, and grow.
