New Wall Street Ventures

New Wall Street Ventures (NWSV) is a dynamic business development program proudly managed by Erie’s Black Wall Street (EBWS) and designed to meet the diverse needs of minority entrepreneurs in Erie County and beyond. NWSV exists to remove systemic barriers to business ownership by providing education, mentorship, strategic funding support, and hands-on technical assistance.

Since its launch, New Wall Street Ventures has assisted more than 75 minority-led businesses and nonprofit initiatives across a wide range of industries, including childcare, food service, construction trades, creative services, wellness, technology, logistics, and community-based organizations. Support has ranged from early-stage idea development to full business launches, expansion planning, branding, financial modeling, grant readiness, and operational structuring.

NWSV is intentionally designed to meet entrepreneurs where they are, recognizing that not every business owner needs—or can commit to—the same type of program structure.

Two Tracks. One Mission.

The Individual Track is designed for business owners who need flexible, targeted support without committing to a long-term cohort schedule.

  • Open to two participants per month through the same application process

  • Ideal for entrepreneurs with immediate needs, active businesses, or limited availability

  • Provides one-on-one mentorship, technical assistance, and customized resources

  • Support may include business planning, branding, pricing, legal setup guidance, financial modeling, grant strategy, and operational planning

This track allows entrepreneurs to receive deep, personalized support while maintaining momentum at critical stages of business development.
